Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 7, 2026
These terms apply when you use https://dgcoding.com or order design, development or maintenance services from DG Coding. Please read them before placing an order.
About us
DG Coding is a web design and development business based in Braselton, Georgia, United States. Contact: David@dgcoding.com.
Orders and prices
- Prices shown on the site are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply to you.
- Package prices are one-time build fees. Maintenance is billed monthly at the plan price shown.
- Orders, payments and customer accounts are processed by Shopify. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email.
- We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before work starts, and will always tell you first.
What we deliver
- Each package covers the scope described on its product page. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before we start.
- We agree timelines with you per project. Timelines assume you provide content, feedback and access when needed; delays on your side move the schedule.
- We build with current, well-supported tools and follow good practice for performance and accessibility, but we do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, revenue or conversion result.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you have the right to use any text, images, logos or other material you give us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you publish on your site.
- You keep your own account credentials, domain and third-party billing in good standing.
Ownership
Once your invoices for a project are paid in full, you own the final deliverables we created for you. We keep ownership of our own reusable tools, code libraries and internal methods, and of any third-party components, which remain under their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.
Maintenance plans
- Maintenance covers the updates, changes and support described on the maintenance page for your plan.
- Plans continue until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your Shopify customer account or by emailing us.
- Large new features or redesigns are not part of maintenance and are quoted as separate work.
Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund Policy.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service the claim relates to in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and disputes will be handled by the courts located there, unless consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order. See also our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
